Life can feel overwhelming, especially within societal, cultural, and dominant-normative systems that shape how we see ourselves move through the world. As a trauma-informed neurodivergent counsellor, I offer a supportive space where we can gently untangle those pressures and work together to find a path that is more sustainable for and attuned to yourself.
My approach to counselling is deeply collaborative – I will start with meeting you where you are. While you are the expert on your own life and experiences, together in therapy we can develop meaningful goals and manage the pace you take to accomplish them. I will incorporate your interests, strengths, and beliefs into our work because growth doesn’t have to feel forced. It can feel intuitive, engaging, and follow practices you already participate in.
Above all, I strive to create an environment where you feel respected and empowered during your healing journey. I am passionate about working to make counselling accessible and safe for all, providing support as you achieve your goals.
