I grew up in a time when neurodivergence was rarely recognized or spoken about. Coming into this community – as well as my queer identity – later into adulthood has shaped how I approach individuality, belonging, and change. In counselling, I take a relational and systemic approach; looking at how our experiences are shaped by connections, environments, and larger social contexts. I work at a pace that supports awareness without overwhelm, helping you notice what is happening within yourself and in your bodies.
I work with adults who are carrying a lot. Emotional, relational, and spiritual burdens are meaningful aspects that deserve attention even when they are hard to process alone. I encourage exploration and introduce creativity at times when your brain might feel blocked. Together we will figure out what matters most, reconnect with curiosity and inner knowing, and develop ways of living that feel more aligned with your values and experiences.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Art Therapist, and currently extending my education with Somatic Counselling. I blend these approaches with talk therapy for our online sessions, creating a space that might feel a few inches outside the normal therapy box. My lived experience as a neurodivergent queer inevitably impacts my work as a counsellor and helps me meet you where you are at. Let’s collaborate for the sake of healing.
