Life is complex. When it’s confusing on top of that we can feel lost, isolated, or forgotten in this world. In these moments it’s difficult to reach out or find help, especially if we have been let down or disappointed in the past – an experience that I relate to. As a neurodivergent, queer, and racialized counsellor, I am grateful to find myself supporting individuals and communities with shared identities and intersections. I strive to foster therapeutic spaces that are client-focused, collaborative, and compassionate. From a foundation of safety and trust, let’s explore what is important to you.
My process works with you to uncover how you came to understand yourself within the spaces and places that you have both lived through and currently live in. Through queer, feminist, anti-oppressive, and social justice approaches we will aim to identify what living well and authentically means for you in order to then build skills that help you thrive.
In our sessions, expect a warm and affirming environment. One where we navigate life’s complexities together, honouring your unique experiences and fostering resilience. Let’s embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing!
