Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice, otherwise the full rate will apply.
Insurance Information
A receipt will be provided with your therapist’s full name and BCACC/RCC number following each appointment. Please confirm with your Extended Health Benefits (EHB) that they cover counselling services provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). You can then submit the receipt for reimbursement. We are not able to direct-bill extended health benefits.
If you are a college of University student, you may have coverage for mental health practitioners through your student group plan. Visit the Student Care website, enter your school, navigate to health > health practitioners > mental health practitioners to check your coverage.
If your child has coverage through the Autism Funding Unit, we are able to direct-bill for therapy. Please see our AFU policy page for details on how to access this funding.
